Ask Deepak

Why can’t we know when we’re going to die?.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

“I would like to ask you why we are born without knowing our time of death.

If the Nadi files are correct, this must be already pre- ordained.

Would it not be better if we knew how long we had so we could organize our time on earth accordingly?

I would appreciate your thoughts on this.”

Response:

The ancient Nadi charts of India have been known to give uncannily accurate information about life events, including the time of death, but they still only represent a high probability of something happening.

They do not constitute a fate that overrides free will.

Furthermore, by having an indication of when you will die, it doesn’t necessarily follow that this will ensure you will organize your remaining time on earth well.

There may be circumstances where knowing one’s lifespan can be useful information, but given how deep-rooted the fear of death is for many people, it just as likely will lead to a life hampered by fear and fatalism.

Not being burdened with the knowledge of when you will die, can make it easier for the conscious mind to be spontaneous, remain in the present moment and simply live life more authentically.

Love,

Deepak
