Is it normal to feel a wave of energy during meditation?.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
“I typically meditate at the end of the day before going to bed for about 45 minutes.
At some point into it, I feel a vibration-like wave of strength beginning in my feet, and if I relax, it travels upward to my body into my arms and hands, and then it passes.
Within a minute or so, it will occur again. Etc.
I would like some insight as to if this is from my body relaxing and releasing tension etc., (I’m typically a very relaxed person), or if this is a sign of my connecting to the spiritual side that may lead to more.”
Response:
These surges of energy moving through the body are both spiritually uplifting as well as physically purifying, as tension is released.
It is a positive experience, and if these waves recur every minute or so for a period of time, that is fine.
But don’t anticipate these waves of energy or subtly encourage them.
Remain neutral and let the process take whatever course it needs.
