Sympathy and Compassion.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Turn shame and blame into sympathy and compassion for self and others.

i wrote to you twice Deepak, the first time I crired in anticipation of your wise response...but nothing arrived. I wrote again hoping you could shed some light on my stalking nightmare--3 years and running. Nothing from you again. I asked why, such a thing could happen to me in the light of vibrational attraction---perhaps this was my own doing...as they say... I should and do take the responsibility of such an attration. My young son was hurt too. And the stalker forged my signature on 25 thousand dollars worth of checks...my family is in some pain over such a strange persona...yes --i am writing--truthfully about my experiance in order to help other women---a book about internet dating...but why can`t you even attempt to annswer my questions to you? Is it because I am not enlightened enough? I do take some responsibility for my part in attracting a stalker in to our lives but so many years of this---no I never could want that!!!

I have finally found that blaming someone else for my actions or the way I feel is an old coping mechanism that no longer serves me well. First, I practice sympathy and compassion for myself and remove myself from hurtful or destructive situations...whether it be temporary or permanent. Then once I have a better perspective of things and if and when it is safe, I can Let Go of what is not my responsibility and allow others the diginity of taking responsibility for what is theirs.
