Simultaneous healing.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

I read in and copied this from one of your answers:
“And as all the intermediary levels of the mind are healed, balanced and integrated into our unified self, our intentions are fully supported and aligned with all aspects of our awareness.”
Glad to read this. I thought so.
But it seems to be an enormous work.
Are all these fields and levels of the mind and at last the “real identity” healing and growing parallel?
If I work on spiritual growth, on meditating, and on being aligned with my true essence, will my subconscious follow? Will it heal too? Is it possible to do it like that, or I do I really have to dig out every subconscious wounds, fears, and beliefs?
Or should I just go on meditating and live my life, and all the rest of my life will follow?

Response:

It is an enormous work, as you say. But all the levels of the mind are healed and integrated at the same time that your higher Self is being awakened with your meditation practice. It’s like fertilizing the roots of a tree. With that one act, all the leaves, branches, and fruit of the tree are also taken care of. So what is accomplished is enormous, but it all happens spontaneously by living a life of awareness. You have it pretty well summed up with “go on meditating and live my life, and all the rest of my life will follow.”

You don’t need to analyze and address every little problem in your life one at a time in order to regain spiritual wholeness. Your universal intelligence knows exactly what experience and understanding you need at any given moment in order to heal, and it knows when it is ready to heal or not. By enlivening our infinite intelligence every day through meditation, we allow it to orchestrate and guide our evolutionary journey precisely tailored to our needs.

Part of responding to that guidance from the Self is making use of other healing modalities that feel right for us at that time. So that could mean working on your subconscious issues in a seminar if you feel drawn to it.

Love,

Deepak

Dear Deepak, Thank you most sincerely for this answer. I am constantly astonished at how long it has taken me to arrive at the level of awareness I am currently at and still every new day brings new insights. Your guidance has been my leading light. Ena

Its good question...but subconsciouss mind is just a program...As Mr. Lipton said it works faster than consciouss mind....Therefore the doctors in ER are able to save people quickly.......But it seems your soul is suffering (not your subconsciouss mind)....because you want to follow your dreams and pursue excellence...instead of doing stuff that dont make you happy, or cause stress........or we get stressed over stuff that we have to do, and have less time for stuff that we love to do, .....do some creative stuff, that helps us to inspire ourselves and help inspire others too. Its challening sometimes. But also subconsciouss mind is probably very effective and important because we are able to do stuff more fast. But important is we choose to do good, productive stuff or stuff that dont serve us to make progress.
