Should we be worried about feeling kundalini?.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
“I have been practicing meditation for a couple of months now.
About two weeks ago I started experiencing what my inner Self told me was the Kundalini energy during meditation.
It was completely spontaneous and NOT my intention.
I did NOT fear it and accepted it at the time as it had me doing spontaneous kriyas, twisting, shaking, etc.
I just thought to go with the flow and that it was natural.
It was no big deal, but definitely a new experience.
My mind of course being curious as to what was going on led me to do some research about Kundalini, well as you can probably imagine, all I found was negative, fearful warnings.
Which has left me very discouraged and confused, but I refuse to be afraid of the energy that gives everything life!
Should I continue to meditate on my own and just go with the flow without fear?
Or do I need to now go look for ANOTHER technique to practice?

As you said, kundalini is the creative force animating all life.
To fear kundalini energy is to fear the evolutionary flow in your own life.
From the experiences you have described, there is no problem.
It is just the flow of energy clearing out some unused channels of awareness.
Continue as you have so far, meditating without fear, and with an easy sense of innocence and simplicity.
