Question:
You often speak about the “All Is One” concept, and I am re-reading “Anatomy of Spirit” while working with my root chakra to deal with all my tribal issues, and Caroline Myss is also writing of “All Is One.” But as often happens when I contemplate that “sacred truth”, I would like to wholeheartedly believe it because it does resonate with me, but there is absolutely no way that I want to be one with all the ignorance vicious pious righteous war-mongering Christians, and today I am particularly angry about how stupid Christians are and how much destruction they cause by their ignorance. So, how do I embrace “All Is One” when faced with the reality of how Christian ignorance rules small towns like the one where I am stuck?

The state of unity consciousness is a recognition that your true essence is that same spiritual essence that is at the heart of all creation: all people, and all of nature. It has nothing to do with identifying with ignorance either in your community nor anywhere else. The small-minded ideologies of conflict and differences are very far from the experience of oneness at the core of existence.
It’s also important to understand that the experience of enlightenment in unity consciousness is not a state of awareness that happens based on your likes and dislikes. It is a matter of living the truth of the universal reality in every aspect of your life. You recognize your unlimited, joyful Self in the pure Self of your Christian neighbors, not in their attitudes.
