Meditating When Sick.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
How do you maintain a meditation practice when you're sick? I can't breathe through my nose and my fuse seems to be shorter than usual because I'm generally uncomfortable. I don't want to miss a day of meditating even for a few minutes because cumulatively and momentarily I love the benefits. I know skipping a day or as long as I need to recover is just fine, but it agitates me to disrupt this particular routine.
Response:
When you are ill in bed, meditation doesn’t fit the usual routine easily. The basic advice is that if it is uncomfortable to sit up, you can lie down and meditate. Also, because the extra rest is beneficial for your recovery, you are permitted to meditate as much as you like until you get better.
