The “switch” is a shift of perspective in your awareness. It is the realization that your experience of something like a chair in its true state is not two discrete things interacting, a mind and an object. It is simply consciousness knowing or recognizing itself in one of its many modifications. That underlying reality of consciousness is life, it is creativity and pure knowing. Breaking the world down into subject and object, time and space, animate and inanimate is ego mind trying to grasp the unfathomable nature of nondual reality by breaking into conceivable, measurable pieces.
