Finding One’s Purpose.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
I am struggling to find my true purpose. I am 35, a husband and a father of six-year-old twins. While I earn a six-figure salary, I am just realizing that my career is not fulfilling and I feel lost and empty. When asked, “What would I do if money were no object?” my mind continually comes back to lying on the beach without a care in the world, which is simply not my reality. Every weekday, I struggle with these feelings. What can I do? It sounds crazy that my purpose is to live the good life and not work for it. But that is how I feel.
Response:
You are not taking the search deep enough. Your vision of a life where you work on your tan in Paradise only reflects your wish for a vacation from your presently unsatisfying job. Look deeper into your psyche inside until you have a solid list of your talents and passions. Think of the gifts you have that you can offer to make this a better world for your family and for everyone you touch in your life. Once you have a sense of what your unique abilities are that you can be of service with, then you will be able to start living your true purpose.
