Colors and Shapes in Meditation.

Quote.

When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.

Question:

Dear Deepak Chopra: This year I started to meditate for the first time in my life, thanks to the 21-day Meditations. Apart from being very emotional during the meditations, I see colors and patterns, shapes, and this may sound strange, I’m not sure: a purple bat. It’s always present and because I’m doing the meditations alone, I don’t know what this means. I would love to understand more about my process and appreciate any suggestion or comment. Thank you very much for offering this amazing program. Sunny greetings from Aruba.

Response:

The colors and shapes you see in meditation don’t mean anything significant. These transitory images are like random thoughts that pop up during meditation. They are just signals to gently return back you your meditation practice. It is in the gaps or spaces between thoughts, feelings and images that our silent self has a chance to recognize itself and become more awake.

Love,

Deepak
