1Q: No matter how much I am active about something, no matter how much I reach for others, no matter how I change, meditate, change the state of mind, no matter how much I work or contribute, everything in my material world remains the same. Nothing changes. I work on the inside, but on the outside all my circumstances and conditions are the same. What is wrong, and why I am stuck? Thanks.

Q: How can I be sure I have completely forgiven my former spouse for abuse, abandonment and alcoholism? Can this really be done properly without contact with him (via letter)? We were together for 20 years and have two grown daughters who do not have good relations with their dad either. I have not spoken to him since the messy divorce 15 years ago. He remarried right away. And how can I be sure I have completely forgiven myself for my part in it? Oprah.com

Q: Honestly, I can’t imagine a more blessed life. Everything I’ve ever dreamed of, I asked, and here it is. I know that pain of the soul can manifest through illness and injury. Q: I’ve just reached 30 years of age, and I’ve started reading into spirituality. It’s beginning to make me address and analyze some important issues in my life. I’ve spent the best part of the last 20 years being plagued by anxiety, fear and phobias that have led me to just go along with things in life whether I enjoy them or not (e.g., work, relationships). As long as I wasn’t stepping out of my comfort zone and had financial security, then that was enough for me. Oprah.com
