The following statement is by Grace Rwaramba:
June 30th, 2009
“Michael Jackson was an exceptional Human Being. He was gifted, deeply compassionate and brought joy to the lives of so many. He loved his family dearly, and above all, his beautiful children.
In addition to being my employer over the past 17 years and entrusting the care of his beloved children to me, he was my dear friend. While our friendship had challenges, as do all friendships, he was loyal to the end. I cherish and honor his memory.
I am shocked, hurt and deeply saddened by recent statements the press has attributed to me, in particular, the outrageous and patently false claim that I “routinely pumped his stomach after he had ingested a dangerous combination of drugs”. I don’t even know how to pump a stomach!! In addition, I have never spoken to the Times Online, the original source of the story that has now been picked up worldwide. The statements attributed to me confirm the worst in human tendencies to sensationalize tragedy and smear reputations for profit.
I convey my heartfelt and deepest condolences to Prince, Paris, Blanket and the entire Jackson family. The pain and sorrow I feel over the loss of Michael pales in comparison to what has been taken from them forever.”

The Times story made no sense and did not ring true on any level. Hopefully others felt the same way after hearing of it.

  • Melissa says:

I thought the original story sounded weird –pumping the stomach? Um…ok.

  • Renee says:

I am overjoyed that “Ms. Rwaramba’s” “” true”" statement was published!!!!

  • A very heartfelt statement. Rings very true.

Mr Chopra – can you reveal how many of the Jackson family you have been involved with as a doctor .. advisor .. or whatever term you want to use over the years?

I am aware of more than just Michael Jackson.

    Please inform your audience.

    .
Did Deepak, address directly with Jackson, his friend about his disfigurement of his appearance, and urge him to explore or consult with others for help or with himself. Its obvious he probably didn’t want help since he continued this, but with counseling-therapy to explore deep acceptance and self love of ones self could he over come his perspections of himself. It also appears he didn’t have a strong interest in a significant other. Was an adult relationship too much of challenge for him to be in a partnership? It appears he liked things his own way in his daily life. Any thoughts?

Thank you for proving “them” wrong!

World would have been a much less exciting place without MJ for the past 50 years and now that he is gone we will all have to get used to living with mediocrity…

    R.I.P, MJ!

We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Who knows really and truly what Michael Jackson’s purpose and journey was on this earth besides God? All the hoopala (much of what I am guilty of reading) shows once again that humans will often take every opportunity to exxagerate, embelsh & distort truth if it makes them feel more important, the need to be “right”. No matter what the cost is to somebody else. I am personally feeling overdosed with Jackson mania. There are some very “unfamous” people who are struggling with the grief of a loved one as I write, people who do courageous things in their everyday lives, humans who gave of themselves just as much as Michael, if not more, yet we focus on him as if he’s the only sad story in existance. The only 2 geninue people I have felt are honestly not part of the circus meida are Deepok and Grace. and they have been quoted out of context. The reverands and Dad are pathetic limelight leaches. I was not a big M.j, fan. I saw him in Chicago as a young kid and enjoyed his MTV career.
Celeberties are put on pedastals and whey they fall or don’t meet expectation, are crucified. The public is fickle. I don’t get the surgeries, only Michael really knew about whether the child molestations really happened, but I have this strong sense of a person who was in constant battle with his soul. He wanted our love and approval so despertaley, that he was willing to go to any lengths to get it. Whether it killed him or not. and it did. Who would have believed he was a 50 year old man? I just see a little lost boy , who had everything available to him. Maybe too much.
I am sorry Grace that there are those who feel the need to include you in their sordid stories. They do not hold the truth. Consider the source, and know there are those of us who have done the same. Blessings.

Grace,I am curious. Where did Michael Jackson stand with God? Was God in his life? Did anyone try to cousel him spiritually?Take him to church or something on these lines. We all know there is no life without God.
I am African, living in Indiana and I know as an African we strongly disagree with drugs and mostly put God first besides our other cultures that we have to balance in our lives. Am proud to know a fellow African took care of him. It means a lot to me to know this.

Sue the Times! Even if you don’t win, don’t let them completely fabricate stories about you and MJ. I am not gonna act like MJ’s #1 fan, but the Tabloids and mainstream news have tortured him over the last 40 years. Give yourself a platform that everyone can see. Sue them and if you win, donate the money to as many organizations as you can.

It’s a crazy society we live in that makes so much out of a
very confused pop star… Let’s face it, how many of you worshipers
would want to have lived his life? What makes a person disfigure himself,
sleep with young men and dangle his own children over a balcony guard
    rail?

I do feel compassion for a life lived without purpose other than being
idolized by his fans… When the ovations stopped so did his reason for
living… It’s to bad that this fan adoration didn’t translate into a commitment
to help him face his demons…. Deepak!

  • Lisa says:

So it’s true that Grace is Blanket’s surrogate mother..just wondering. I still love Michael Jackson no matter who she was.

  • In this World we need people who can tell the truth The whole Truth and Nothing But The Truth, I can;t Imagine what has been reported every now and then on Each TV Channel and what I seem to have seen with my with my eyes
How Can Micheal Be a Child Molester when Him self has Children?
(shall we say that all Fathers who love there Children they’re all Child Molesters?)
How can he be a drug addict because he has taken a pain killer?
(All people who take pain killers are drug addicts?)
Do doctors give prescription to help in increasing the levels of drugs in ones system
I do not Understand someone help me These days Doctors prescribe killing Drugs?

One day who ever did this Micheal it will find Him one way or another
I deeply saddened by the invents
Please let Micheal have a good rest
as the part of the World I come from we loved him and we will always LOVE HIM
Matter what they will say about Micheal

    Rest In Peace Bro

  • LoveHimMore says:

    Grace,

Thank you for making your statement. I hope you will do more to clear Michael Jackson’s name. He deserves that. Tell people the truth, and expose all the lies as garbage.

  • Kim says:

    Grace,
You need to know that most of us reading that tabloid story did not believe it but it was good that you responded to it anyway. What is important was the care of the children Michael entrusted you with( his only real treasure) and it seems like the children are wonderful people because of it.
Michael gave you the most important job for what meant most to him, his children.

I hope that Mrs. Jackson will give you and Michael’s children time together now.
I am sure she wants to protect them ..( i.e. from the likes of this so called god father…
who cannot be thinking about how Paris would take such a revelation, even if it is true.
I hope she will let you in to help them heal.

Deepak has said it well how Michael was tormented. I watch the yt videos of him as a sweet child and young adult and want to save him. I am sure many tried and just as many or more enabled him and his self destruction.
I listened to and watched his “Earth” music video this morning for the first time.
He poured his living soul into that song and it is the one that I hold onto in remembrance.
