That was a little hard to watch. The platform didn’t allow for much real debate.
The preacher side stepped almost every question asked to him, and tended to end with Jesus
one liners to get crowd applause.
Although the Bishop brought it up, I don’t think it was made clear to the woman that someone
whom has never heard of Satan or demons has never had a vision of them, or been ‘raped’
by them. She doesn’t seem to understand that sometimes, bad things just happen. There
doesn’t have to be some evil mastermind behind it.
It would have been fun seeing Deepak up there with someone like Dawkins instead of the
Bishop. I think it would have covered more ground as Deepak tends to give the more logical,
philosophical, spiritual and historical reasons why Satan does not exist. Dawkins could have
covered the obvious lack of evidence and scientific proof from a materialistic view point.
Hopefully that debate got a least a few people to question why they believe what they believe.
You were fantastic on the show, Deepak. I really appreciated how clear-minded and rational you were, even at the times of being ridiculed or out right attacked for you open minded beliefs. I hope shows like that will start conversations, or at the very least, make people think about what they believe and why.
Deepak, you were just great!
As were the others
Live and enjoy the deep love inside you, like the others do too.
In the end it boils down to love and understanding that we all talk
from our deepest core.
And we all tell the truth each of us in our very special own way.
Namaste, I honour the Divine in You as I do honour the Divine in Me
Much love, Mieke
