Wow, I agree. The Nelson Mandela quote hits it right on the head. So many people waste so much energy on resentment, when they’d be so much better off to just let it go. Resentment IS poison. It holds us captive and we don’t even know it. Thanks for being on Ellen, whose show touches so many lives because she does care. Your comments were all wonderful and inspiring.
